How long does it take to complete a program?

On average, Training Today programs can be completed in 30 minutes or less but each course is different. Your sales representative can give you specific times per course.

Must our trainees complete the program all at one time?

Programs can be completed at one time or over several sessions. Each program has a bookmark function that, should an employee have to interrupt training, automatically returns them to the last page viewed when they next log in. This feature allows them to:

• Schedule and execute training as time permits
• Complete training in spite of unexpected interruptions

Are trainees required to take the comprehensive quiz?

The comprehensive quiz, as well as the various quiz questions throughout each program, are included at no extra charge. TrainingToday course require that trainees answer each lesson check question before moving on in the program.

Can trainees see quiz questions they answered incorrectly?

Yes, the program will show them the correct answer for each lesson check question.

Must trainees always use the same computer?

No. Access to TrainingToday programs is password based. This means trainees can access any program from home, the office or plant, a laptop, or coworker's computer.

Are the courses SCORM compliant?

Yes, all of the TrainingToday courses are SCORM compliant.

We have our own LMS (Learning Management System). Can I upload courses to it?

Yes, our courses are SCORM-compliant so if you load a course into your LMS, it integrates when the trainee takes it on your LMS. You will then be able to get reports from your LMS. Another option is to have your employees log in to take the courses on our system, then integrate the reporting back into your LMS. We can walk you through this simple process.

How do my users get started?

We offer a simple sign-up option. You send out an email to the users you'd like to train. In the email there is a link they'd click on to get started. Once at the home page they complete a simple registration page (choosing their own usernames and passwords). An activation email is sent to the user which allows them to log-in and begin training! It's very simple to get started on Training Today for both the administrator and the trainee.

As the administrator, can I see the quiz scores for those who have completed a course?

Yes. You'll get a report on those who have completed the course and their scores. Other administrator features include automatic e-mails and reminders, quiz tracking info, and simple implementation.
